Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers must follow the return procedure after receiving the item.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the items.
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, personalized goods, or hygiene products cannot be returned.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly by us.

Inspection & Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned items,
we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged, defective or wrong items,
please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos or videos.
We will offer refund, replacement or partial compensation free of charge.‘

Returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being sent back. Return instructions and the designated return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
